Adult Patients
Adult patients are responsible for full payment at the time of service.
Minors
The adult accompanying a minor and the parents (or guardians) are responsible for full payment. For unaccompanied minors, non emergent treatment will be denied unless charges have been pre-authorized to an approved credit plan, Visa/Mastercard/American Express or payment by cash or check at the time of service has been verified.
Payment
We offer a 10% senior citizen courtesy for payment in full at the time of service with cash or check.
Payment by the appointment. (This option lets you spread out the payments according to your treatment plan.)
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. (This option will let you know how much your monthly payments will be so you can budget your payments comfortably.) We also accept Care Credit.
